Version 6.0.2 · macOS 26+ · Apple Silicon
The app that does the small jobs on your Mac when you describe them in plain English, and then does them on its own, every time.
Runs locally on your Mac · No tracking · Free for a month, then NOK 499 once
Sound familiar?
You paste the same numbers into the same spreadsheet. Every week.
You write the same reply for the tenth time this month.
You move things from email to calendar to notes. By hand.
You think this ought to happen by itself. And you do it by hand anyway.
All of that? Never again.
Your routines are not your work. They stand in the way of it. Automagisk takes them, one sentence at a time.
How it works
Press the shortcut and write it the way you would say it to a person. No flow charts, no code, no course to take. Just a sentence in plain English.
“When a new booking arrives by email: put the guest in the spreadsheet and block the dates in my calendar.”
Automagisk explains every step in plain English. Not quite right? Write what should change, and it corrects itself. Nothing runs until you have said yes.
The routine works quietly in the background on your Mac and speaks up only when it actually needs you. You get the hours back.

See it live
New
Most jobs are one-off jobs. Describe it, press “Just do it”, and see the result right away. Did it land? Then save it as an automagic, a small routine that runs on its own from then on.
Know what has to happen, but not how? Say the goal. Automagisk searches your folders, reads files, fetches from the web and uses the services you have connected, until it is done. You are asked before anything is sent out, and terminal commands ask every time.
Afterwards: “Save as automagic”, and it happens by itself next time.
“Find every invoice in my folder and tell me how much is outstanding”
Privacy
Your routines live with you and run on your machine. AI calls go straight from your Mac to the provider you picked yourself. Connect a service like Gmail or Slack, and those steps go through the provider you chose to use. Never through us.
API keys and logins are stored in the macOS keychain, encrypted by your own system. Never in plain text, never in a cloud we own.
Email, messages and publishing always stop with you first. You see the content, you press send. Right up until you say “always allow” for that one routine.
The website has no tracking cookies, and the app sends no telemetry unless you have actively switched it on. You can use Automagisk without signing up at all.
Every run is logged locally: what happened, when and why. And one switch pauses the whole thing, with a clear conscience.
Automagisk uses only the sign-in methods the providers themselves allow. Where subscription sign-in is not permitted in third-party apps, as with Anthropic and Google today, you use your own API key instead. No shortcuts with your account.
Connections
Automagisk does not sell tokens and does not sit in the middle. You connect your own intelligence, and it talks straight to your Mac.
Sign in with your subscription
Got ChatGPT Plus or SuperGrok? Sign in, done. Automagisk uses the subscription you already have.
Your own API keys
Paste in your key and pay the provider directly, per use. Or run entirely locally, with no account at all.
The order is yours: start free with a local model, sign in with your subscription, or run on a key. Switch whenever you want. Your routines come along.
All of it included
Switch learning on and Automagisk notices what you repeat, and offers to take it over. Everything it sees stays on your machine, it is off until you say yes, and you can wipe all of it with one press.
Suggestions
It counts what you do over and over: where you move text, what you open at the same time, which automagics you start by hand. Then it suggests one thing at a time, with the numbers in plain sight. Never a suggestion that is not backed by what you actually did.
The tally
A page of its own adds up the week: how many things happened by themselves, which automagics worked the most, and what they failed at. All of it is counted from your own log. We estimate nothing, and the failures stand there with the rest.
“You often move links from Safari to Notes. Seen 9 times over 4 days. Automagisk can do the moving for you.”
No features are locked behind a more expensive tier. There is only one Automagisk, and you get all of it.
What it can do
An automagic is one trigger and one or more steps. You put them together with words, not with a flow chart.
The agent step lets the AI find the way itself, with tools, round after round. You say what should be achieved, not how.
The text in the window you are looking at, and the text in any image. All of it read locally on your machine.
Read today’s meetings, or let an automagic start a few minutes before each one.
The if step lets an automagic hold back. Together with memory, that means it acts only when something is actually new.
Press the microphone and say what you want. The text appears while you speak, and that happens locally. It can read the answer back out loud.
Give an automagic its own key combination, and run it from anywhere on the Mac.
The AI explains the error in ordinary words and fixes it with one press. Every change is versioned, so you can always roll back.
Notes, Mail, Calendar, Reminders, Finder, Safari, Chrome, Numbers and everything else that can be scripted. With your approval first.
Library
Eight ready-made automagics you can pull in with one click. You see exactly what each one does before you say yes, the whole script included, and they always arrive switched off.
Pricing
No subscription, no tiers, no features locked behind a bigger purchase. You pay once, and then it is yours. You cover the AI cost yourself, with the subscription or the key you already have.

From the founder
For 35 years I have said that things should not happen automatically. They should happen automagically. Automatic is a timer on a lamp. Automagic is when someone has thought it through so well that it just sorts itself out. That word has followed me through my whole working life. Now I am building it.
I built Gjestfri because I was tired of juggling rental channels myself. Automagisk comes from the same irritation: my Mac is full of small jobs I do again and again, jobs a machine should have done for me. I know exactly what it should do. I have just never been able to tell it. Now I can. And so can you.

Automagisk is out. It does what it says, it is honest about what it does not do, and it keeps getting better. The first month is free.
